Check around your intake system for any leaks. Spray brake cleaner or something similar around your intake. If there is a leak you should be able to hear a change in the engine idle. If that checks out check your fuel pressure. Sometime it could also be your MAF sensor. Try cleaning that out with MAF sensor cleaner.
