I, also have not made any headway.
I have noted something different. In December I drove the car down to Eugene OR. about 7 hours away. Since that time I have noted less misfires. Im wondering if there is a buildup of carbon one the piston rings, that long hard drive may of loosen some of the ring sticking. Something for sure has changed. Still having misfires, but less.
