Your car reminds me of this one:
2001 BMW X5 E53 Steptronic Might be a few styling points for you to follow if this is the look you're going for. Side exit exhausts on this 4.4 is an interesting move....

I'll be doing a Borla exhaust eventually, that I'll document in this thread. Quote:
Let's just say the e46 gets well used by the wife. ![]() Can't happen soon enough. The guys at Fluid are awesome too. They've responded to every inquire and question I have. Just waiting on the product to be finished. Quote:
Thanks! It's pretty damn clean and I have yet to get my hands on it with my detailing supplies. Once I do I'll post a few more pictures. Quote:
My 1974 2002tii too big of a project for me to even think about. My sons newly acquired 1991 318is 5sp. The wife's 2000 323iT. This is a road tripping paddle carrying machine. She does outrigger canoe racing so it's full of salt water and sand! This was our old 2004 Dodge Durango, which the X5 replaced. Pic was taken on the beach near our house and will be the X5s new play ground. |

Nice X. Welcome!
Love the color. My X came with those same sport pkg non-staggered wheels. I picked up a staggered set with summer tires and keep the OE around around with all-season tires. That look has me thinking bigger.

Yes, I wish! I looked around in my country but there does not seem to be any style 74s on sale. Bummer... Quote:
Thank you! I might as well think about other styles. I currently have the sport pack 19s and while they are nice, thinking about going to a more chunky beefy style. |
