Might be a few styling points for you to follow if this is the look you're going for.

I actually like, I almost went with those tires too.

I'll be doing a Borla exhaust eventually, that I'll document in this thread.

It's an e28 not an e34. But I did have a couple of e34s before. Love those too.

Let's just say the e46 gets well used by the wife.

Yes, it is a lot larger. I did check the calculator and it is a about 6%, I think, can't remember the exact number. But the X5 and these tires will be used off road, frequently. A sacrifice I was willing to make. I will most likely keep two sets of wheels. If I'm doing a long highway road trip, I'll have something closer to factory spec. I don't do a lot of highway driving now. Pretty much to the kids schools and back down to the sand.

Thanks! It's pretty damn clean and I have yet to get my hands on it with my detailing supplies. Once I do I'll post a few more pictures.

This was our old 2004 Dodge Durango, which the X5 replaced. Pic was taken on the beach near our house and will be the X5s new play ground.

My X came with those same sport pkg non-staggered wheels. I picked up a staggered set with summer tires and keep the OE around around with all-season tires. That look has me thinking bigger.

So here she is on 275/60/18 Yokohama Geolanders. 15mm ECS spacers up front and H&R 30mm in the rear.

I've already spoken to the guys at Fluid Motor Union and have been added to their list of interested people for their spacer lift kit. It's a few months out.

Yes, I wish! I looked around in my country but there does not seem to be any style 74s on sale. Bummer...

Thank you! I might as well think about other styles. I currently have the sport pack 19s and while they are nice, thinking about going to a more chunky beefy style.
