iPhone 6 Snap-In Cradle

Has anyone read or heard anything regarding a release date for an iPhone 6 snap-in cradle?

lol by the time it comes out Iphone 7 will be out and not much use. Have the
6 plus and won't be long till my upgrade is available so sure change would make
accessories not work with new one

It appears that the cradle idea is dead. Even if BMW came out with one, chances are it would be for the NBT systems. With Apple selling two models and the smallest of the two is much wider than than the cradle currently is, BMW may not be willing to make one.

I also wonder if it is profitable to make them?
