Do you remember what this code was?
I plugged in mine yesterday and it gave me two codes
474C - DFC
4BAC - Reducing agent active tank level sensor signal

I think the 4BAC translate to a P203A code.
I'll start by filling up both tanks and see what this gives.

Do these codes apply to the quick fix described in the post?

4BCC - reducing agent passive tank full level sensor

4B93 - Particulate filter system

4B1C - fuel filter heating, activation

FYI, I know this post is for a the passive tank, but I do see people talking about active as well. BMW has extended the warranty on the SCR Active Tank Module to 10year/120K miles. I got a code 004bAC earlier this year and my BMW dealer replaced the active tank for $free.99 .
