Yep. NOX sensors as well. Their lifespan is only 35K in my experience. I wish they would cover the passive tank too, so this whole damn junk SCR system can be forgotten about.

I only had to change my NOX sensors at 115k, I changed them both due to failure of the front sensor,

Denox system inefficiency at low?

My X5 has engine light issue, code is 4BF0 and 4595, shall i need to change all the sensors or only 1-2 of all?

You just need to replace the one NOX sensor unless they are so far out of spec that the second one throws a code shortly after changing the first one. This happens frequently, so in my case I just changed them both.

4595 is smooth running controller cylinder 6. It might be indicative of a faulty fuel injector. Does your bulkhead partitions leak? See this thread

So in terms of your message, E70 35d has only 2 NOX sensors, and you have changed both?

As for 4595, initially we also suspected the injector 6 had problem, but it was running and stopping without any shuddering, does it mean it was really caused by what you suggested "bulkhead partitions leak"?
