how do I pull front window side trim?

The trim is sticking up a bit and I believe a couple of the hold down tabs have broken. I have tried pulling both up and over in the plane
Of the window but it hasn't moved.

The trim should not break but may twist.

There are, I think, 8 tabs that the trim is pressed into.

If you have a plastic trim tool, work it in from window side and under the trim enough to force the trim straight away from the glass.
Start on either end, but if I remember correctly top was best place to start.
