Can someone help me with my 07 E70, the rear wiper won't stop even the engine off and door locked. Replaced relay the symptom still persist. Please advise

Could it be the wiper motor need to be replaced??

Possibly something in the motor/power circuitry. The park position has been enabled by an open contact in the motor at the park position that is bypassed/shunted in the power circuitry, kind of an LVR controller effect.

Two wires should be enough to power the motor. Any more are likely involved in speed and/or position control. Look there.

In integrated computer BMW's all bets are off.

Where should I look for? Wire or connection?

Maybe you should take it to a specialist.

I would start by pulling the fuse and then working on finding the issue. If you aren't versed in troubleshooting electronics, I'd say bring it to an Indy and have them take a look.
