Fault codes 0055C3 and 0055C6 looks to be from the transfer case (according to my mechanic) and since I haven't changed it once and I have 145K miles, thought that might help. Kinda makes sense because transfer case has to do with all wheel drive 4x4 mechanics. Maybe completely off base. We'll see.

You said "exact same"...phl has had a dozen different and varying codes...hence the confusioon. Or are you getting all the same codes as him?

Fluid changes are always a good thing. Fluid changes to chase hard faults after 145k of nothing might not be productive...but as they say, it wont hurt.
