D-pillar trim rattle

Hi guys,
Wondering if anyone can help me. I've had numerous rattles coming from the rear, fixed some, but there is a plastic vent cover closer to the d-piller (under the side glasses at the rear. This is the cover that's got the vent holes). Just wondering how to remove the d pillar trims and this plastic vent covers so I can fix the source of the rattle. Is it just a matter of pulling the d pillar trims? Just worried about breaking any clips.

To be more precise, the issue is SI B51 09 09
