E70 Service Manual on Tradebit.com from repair4less

I paid $9.95 to download it in hopes that it would provide some basic info on how to change the engine oil (such as where the drain plug is located). But it's not a Service Manual at all. It's a training manual that was apparently prepared to tell dealer techs what was new on the X5 at the time, and I've seen it available for free in other places on the web. The website claims "this manual covers every service and repair imaginable, from oil changes to rebuilding the transmission. Perfect for the DIY person!!!" Well, it doesn't discuss how to change the engine oil at all, and it most certainly doesn't tell you how to rebuild your trans. Granted it might be an interesting read for many of us, but it's certainly not as advertised. I sent them an email telling them that if they did not immediately refund my $ I would instruct my credit card provider to charge them back. The description of the manual is blatantly false.
