Front Interior Panneling Swap / Paint

Hey All -

New here (First Post)!! spent several years on other forums for my 3 series but finally made the Jump to the X5 (E70).

I have done several mods already but I am stumped on this one and i can't seem to find any info on this one anywhere (and quite frankly am surprised it is not more popular).

I have the Nevada Cinnamon (LUEZ) interior in a sapphire black exterior. I love the color however i feel like there is still too much interior black paneling to offset the brown leather. I would like to replace / paint some of the black paneling beneath the steering wheel and glovebox to match. Has anyone attempted this / had it done?

I have attached photos of how it currently looks (stock) and what i would like it to look like.

Any/all feedback is greatly appreciated.
