Then I should have let you do mine. I got the stickers off eventually but it was a PIA and I ended up with a small hole in one due to the vinyl getting too soft. You can still see the difference in the area where the sticker was on both. And it was a lot of effort.

TOTALLY understand the OP's desire to order them new. I wish I had done so.

Does anyone know if the vanity mirror light has a fuse for left and right sides? I tried replacing the bulb on the driver side but still wasn't working.

Did you have the headlights turned on?

Interior and exterior lighting in modern BMWs isn't usually controlled by simple fuse...it is usually under the control of a major control module. In this case either the footwell module(FRM) or perhaps the JBE...or perhaps even the FZD (Roof function center) depending on how your BMW is optioned.

BMW usually doesn't change some things and in the past...the contact is made (to turn the mirror on) in the "support" that secures the mirror on the opposite end of the hinge (nearer the interior rearview mirror).

I haven't studied this area of the e70 to say this is for certain...but see #2 & #3 in pic below...check yours to see if this is where contact is made and if yes...then make sure nothing is preventing contact from happening. Again, there's more info at the link provided below...perhaps the electrical connection to the light is on the hinge side for the e70:
