P.S. to you, ard. Plus one on dealing with Neillo. Last car we bought there was our '99 528i. I've gone back many times, and never been able to work a reasonable deal at either location. Roseville isn't much better, but they have taken very good care of us service wise.
I ended up buying my last new car (i3 for my wife) from Bill Pearce in Reno. I'll keep trying Neillo in the future, but really don't expect them to change tactics. Kinda sad...
