I have the 2010 35d as well and now have the same fault code. I do not see any soot or cracks on the EGR cooler. Excuse my ignorance but how do you perform #1 - Check the vacuum supply to the exhaust gas recirculation cooler bypass flap (vacuum lines and changeover valve). Can anyone direct me to the part # to be replaced on realoem site?
