Here is the service manual reference.

This is for if you don't have the special tool, which has a torque limiter built into it (that is what the dealer would use).

Install them dry, no anti seize.

With a crush washer tightening until they seat on the washer then adding the correct amount of rotation is a better way to do it.

See what the dealer says. TIS indicates 22 lbs-ft (30Nm)
