Have anyone replaced headlight lens cover?

The headlight cover is all hazy and faded. I've tried using the 3M headlight restoration kits a couple of times and they look great at first but after about a year, it starts to yellow and turn hazy again.

I found this on ebay.

I'm wondering how easy is it to remove and replace the lens cover. Have anyone here done it? I'm getting tired of restoring it.
