BMW X5 is on a distinguished road
2 REALLY annoying issues

guys I've asked this before and I'm sure it was asked but wanted to revisit:

2013 35i X5 M-Sport/Performance, upon cold start of several hours or anytime really regardless of weather there is a metallic rattle somewhere towards the front but who knows. a suggestion heard here and elsewhere was that its the wastegate and needs a new turbo SO... one of the recent visits yielded a replacement of the passenger side exhaust flap and tip due to "mechanical malfunction" the follow up visit with a different dealer yielded a replacement of the Turbo (unless there are two it SHOULD have resolved it BUT didnt).

so i'm back to

the other issue is the fuel gauge needle after full fill up goes to about 7/8 and never hits the full bar. one dealer looked reconnected the battery and said its fixed, the other actually replaced some sensor on the left side of the vehicle but issue still persists. ?
