As a reference point, in March I bought a private party 2013 X35d with 35K miles for $35K. Alpine White, Sport Package, 214's, comfort seats, comfort access, technology package (HUD and side view cameras) and running boards. Everything you are looking for but the 3rd row seat, which you will find is not a common option. 3rd row seats also have the rear air suspension which will eventually require maintenance due to pump failures or airbag leaks. So deals are out there, just be patient.

The car is great, and I really love the torque, fuel economy, and range. I get 21 MPG in mixed driving, and 26 MPG on long trips. I've just had a few CEL issues that the dealer has addressed under the 4/50 new vehicle warranty, but which would have been covered under the California 7/70 emissions warranty.

Good Luck.

Can you find me one like yours LOL?

Wife is on board with a less than 50k miles 2013 Alpine on Cinnamon, Sport Package, Sport Activity, Luxury Seating (not a must have but would be nice) with 214's and running boards - Now I just have to find one -

We contemplated a new 2017 Golf Gas wagon with 4motion AWD, but I see it this way, thirst for premium at 30mpg with the 40 cent per gallon price hike above diesel, or 25mpg with the BMW driving experience.

the 35K example scheves got is likely a non-CPO. I would not believe that a low mileage example with that level of equipment (65k+ MSRP) and extended wtty be sold by a dealer for 35K, unless there is a prior damage, or some other story to that X5. The 35 grand may get you a CPO with above 50K mi and lower equipment level. I would not recommend getting even a low mileage one without some sort of extended warranty period, no matter how good of a deal it is.

Consider this one - 2013 X5 35d with Adaptive Drive in Virgina - Bimmerfest - BMW Forums

I have lots of details on it ... PM me.
