I'm on my fourth check engine light in three months.

First - replaced EGR cooler

Second - replaced both Nox sensors

Third - new EGR cooler broke, replaced again

Now - they have gotten BMW corp involved and looking at replacing the catalytic converter. X has been at the dealer for over a week now, they had to order the cc.

I'm grateful for the for the 7/70 emissions warranty, from what I can tell this is about $10k worth of work, but I'm at 66k miles and wondering what is next... I'm the original owner, first check engine light at 64k miles, no other issues before this. All maintenance done at the dealer when the car calls for it. I have no warranties otherwise.

I can only assume that the tanks are next, any other ideas of what I should be worried about? From what I've read catalytic converter's rarely go bad...
