I just picked up my X5, hopefully no new CEL's for a while...

Service adviser confirmed that there is an extended warranty for the SCR active tanks on my car for 10 years 120,000 miles. He said it does not cover the passive tank.

My build was 11/2011

My X5d with an in service date of 9/30/2011 (8/2011 production) has a 10 years/120,000 miles warranty on the SCR Supply Module. Also an extended warranty on the FRM and front propeller shaft incidentally.

What faults were stored and what did the repairs include?

My sequence was included in the initial post, but the repairs were:
replace EGR cooler
replace Nox sensors
replace faulty EGR cooler (it broke apart)
replace catalytic converter

BMW got involved and determined to replace the cc this time around. They put almost 200 miles on my vehicle in about a week and a half trying to figure it out. Apparently it was not going into regen mode. I have no idea what codes were pulled. My car is still under the 7/70 emissions warranty in PA so I'm enjoying the luxury of free repairs...though my days of that are numbered.
