Way too much toe.

Front:

Camber is nice and balanced up front, just a smidge neg which is fine

But toe should be 0.02 with a total toe of 0.04

Your 'steer ahead' will be 0.00 when the toes are balanced

Rear:

Id like the left rear dropped to -1.4

and both toes to 0.02 as the fronts

Did you ask for anything special? What amazes me is that the BMW spec is that entire green box- yet alignment shops get angina once it moves out of the little 'stepped box area'

Race cars do not come with a tech manual nor a 'recommended alignment numbers according to the factory'. There is absolutely nothing magic nor special about BMW alignments. My recommendations are for optimal handling and tire life for ROAD DRIVEN CARS.

Thanks! I'm gonna go back and have it redone.

I didn't have any special requests on it. I just felt the steering was pulling right a bit...I got the lifetime deal from firestone.

It was like $175+ I remember last year it went on sale to like $120, but I missed it.

Figured if I go at least 2wice, then it'll be worth it.

My Alignment Specs

That shows a toe of .29 =.30 =.15 per side which is what I've been saying.

it does show half of that for rear and I believe spec might be as lower on the e70, also my claim is that the spec is as much as it is because hard turns toe the wheel so if you just drive straight on the freeway your mileage may vary. I would never go close enough to zero that it can bend out past zero during cornering. I've gotten e53 into a drift before and anything to avoid that in set up I'm for it.

The bare minimum toe is 0.02 that is not "spec". That said if you only drive straight and don't mind the car follows every semi groove you can probably get more miles out of tires at the expense of handling.

I have to do front suspension work on my car and I'm thinking I'll try half Normal or 0.075 toe on the front to see if I can extend the outer edge wear but usually what I do is swap tires to the other side to flip inside and outside edges.

You seem to be having a conversation with yourself...no? This thread is 4 years old when you post a reply that opens with "what I've been saying"

Do whatever you want, there are a TON of E70 drivers that are running my numbers with very impressive results. A multi-page thread is in my signature over there....
