Brakes Question
Anyways I reset the computer and now it shows 16k miles till the next change. Why so little? I search a couple forums and they said it was the type of sensor cable used. This can't be true... ![]() The cable used is by Powerstop and I got it from autoanything (same place i purchased the pads from). Thanks Guys. |

Id venture the guess that the ACTUAL manufacturer of that sensor is a no-name sweatshop in china. |

I went BMW cable after research concluding reset issues with cheaper brake sensors. No issues for me I suggest you pay the extra $10 and go BMW |

I thought the brakes were based off of Driving Style. Mine always say 25000 miles but it always takes longer. I am at 157000 miles on mine and I know I haven't changed the brakes as often. Am I crazy?

Both front and rear with new sensor mileage reset to 35,000 or 36,000 through the reset process via the trip odometer button |
