Some questions re X35d

This is going to be a long post. Newbie here, so go easy on me

Brand new owner of a CPOed 13 X35d, while I was at the dealership I was offered bunch plans and I'd like the hive-mind's wisdom on this.

background:
I had to buy a car in about 3 days(long story for another day). I'm a car dude and never liked SUVs. But life has forced me to get one. So found a 2013-X35D with 38K miles on CPO on a relatively good deal and bought it without research. And now I'm here doing some post purchase research. I know, not ideal, but again, life happens

Car: 2013 X35d with 38K. Black Sapphire.Bunch of packages that I don't care and Sports Activity Package with 20" wheels that I do care(may be :p..)
Existing Warranty: Original Warranty till 08/2017 and 2 years of CPO after that. So I'm covered till 08/2019

The BMW dealership that I bought this car from(SUPER NICE people!) offered me the following optionsAll warranties are from BMW and not third party)

a) Extended Warranty: 3 Years CPO wrap. Extends my coverage till 08/2020 and elevates the CPO to new car level warranty for 3 years(CPO is limited coverage)
Price: $2500

b) Extended Maint plan: 2 years from 08/2017. So I get free maintenance till 08/2019

Price: $2400

c) Tire protection insurance: Apparently 20" RFTs are prone to get messed up faster. So I get free tires if , let us say, I get "nailed" :p. Basically a road hazard warranty *with* addition of curb rashes and paint chips(yes I confirmed the latter part)
Price: $2500 for 5 Years.

Since I normally have a personal distaste for extended warranty's I declined. But they did tell me that for the first two I have time till 08/2017 to decide. While they had said that Tire protection can't be bought once I drive off(I have brand new tires on the car), I'm sure I can talk them into it if it is worth while. Since it's been just 24 hours.

So questions:
1) Thoughts on extended warranty quote above? Is it priced high, low, average?
2) if high or "meh", any contacts who can get me better pricing?
3) One of the reasons I declined the extended warranty was that I wanted a longer term, say 5 years/125K. Does BMW offer such a warranty?
4)Should I go for third party route? Can they do better? Any contacts?
5) Should I buy the maintenance plan as quoted above?
6) Thoughts on the pricing of the tire protection plan described above?

Thank you so much! and hope to participate here more as I get close with my new friend

Oh btw, the dealership I bought from where one of the best I have ever dealt with. Would refer them in a heartbeat.

BT
