If your battery keeps dying, may I propose that there's something wrong with the alternator?

That's what I would normally think. However, it confuses me that I can jump start the car and it run fine. Even while the car is running I can disconnect the battery and the car will continue to run. Correct me if I am wrong, but if I did that and it was the alternator then the car would fail to continue running, right?

Can you check somehow into battery drain? Lights left on etc?

*Shudder* electrical issues... frequently the hardest things to sort out. Especially with how many electronics are packed into these cars. Bad wire or connector somewhere can cause all kinds of issues and be a nightmare to track down. You have to be methodical in finding the issue. Start with the obvious, lights left on, etc.
As far as the alternator, maybe it has enough juice to keep the car running but not enough to run the car and charge the battery properly? Just like Nanniepoo said, if your new batteries keep dying then it is likely something else. Can you test the alternator to see if it is charging at the correct rate?
