BAD Week!

First, I damage my bumper due to an iceberg on Wednesday, today I hit a pot hole that ripped my RFT tire apart and later the same day I find me car keyed up!

I have StateFarm, does anyone know if a vandalism claim will raise my premium? I've never been in an accident, nor have I ever filed a claim from my insurance....

Vandalism would fall under your comprehensive coverage and should not raise your premium. Each state is different on their laws regarding insurance, but this is one that appears to be the same in all 50 states.

sunny5280 is an unknown quantity at this point
I have State Farm and love them. I had vandalism to my 1999 328i which they covered with no increase in premium. In fact I've had several claims with them and I've never seen a premium increase.

Having said that I would recommend you speak to your agent as they're in a much better position to advise you. All I can do is tell you what happened in my circumstance.

Did you have to file a police report?
