Lost is on a distinguished road
No electric power

So we just found last night that the car had no electric power. We had to unlock the car with the key manually. The car was parked for 10 days.
We tried to give a jump start and after a long wait we got just enough power to start the alarm on but not enough to jump start the car. We were never able to start and we couldn't lock the car and also take the key out of ignition.
The alarm went on and off till the battery dried again. We're not able to remove the remote from ignition or to luck the car.
The car is a 2011 35d.
I'll have it towed to the dealer today since it's totally dead but I'm wondering if anyone faces smtg similar.
Thanks, V
