Drivers seat movement on accelerating and stopping

My drivers seat has a slight movement when I accelerate and stop.

I've been searching the forums and the web and have found some good info on Z3's for this problem but not much discussion around E70.

Has anyone had this problem and resolved it on their own?

I see a new seat base will likely resolve it but was looking for a more localized fix than buying an entire seat bottom.

Any help appreciated!

What is moving? I assume you have trying to diagnose the motion without having to actually be driving....

I can see a bit of vertical movement at the rear of the rails on the metal tab that wraps around them when I rock them and I believe I can see movement inside the area that houses the 2 long screws that motor runs. Deep in there there appears to be a metal piece the rods go into and I think there is movement that starts there.

Mine definitely "rock" a bit. Funny, since the adjustment motors have brakes on them, and none of my previous BMWs did.
