Cannot connect INPA.

I wanted to do some diagnostics on my E70 however my INPA does not want to connect.

I researched this issue and noted that I'm missing the e70 file from the daten folder.

Has anyone had this issue and know how to fix it.

Thank you!!

INPA is outdated software, waste of time triying to make it work
wont work with newer DDE's and wont have the newer stuff you need to diagnose.

move on to Rheingold

Sign up to be able to download the attachment. I can't attach it here.

With utorrent you can use the torrent. It's big about 12gb for Rheingold aka ista-d.
You don't need ista p, sdp, or the ru sqlite and de sqlite files. Once it starts downloading you can click files or details in torrent client and uncheck those files.

Instructions are in tools, the faq-en.pdf.

Maybe we should make it a sticky, and when new versions come we can update the link?

I recently picked up an 2011 X5M and tried using INPA along with Tool32 and could not get it to work. A friend mentioned that the issue is probably that I'm not using a K+DCAN cable. I should be receiving this cable soon and can report back.

FYI the K+DCAN cable works. I've used it with Rheingold this past weekend. No issues.
