Question MARS performance - Recommended?

So I've been looking into upgrading my x5's headlights. The pre-LCI headlights are not bright at all, and the LCI headlights are quite expensive. I wanted to go for oneNYC, but it's a little farfetched due to my location. So, I stumbled on, what appears to be, Australian car parts and goodies supplier/manufacturer.

Has anyone here tried using their products? the black LED DRL headlights with the "updated" LED's look amazing IMO.

My problem is I'm not sure if they are as good as the photos seem to show.

Their Facebook page and posts seem to be legit, even the people who interact on their page are actual customers (stalking works... sometimes...for research purposes )

Point is, if anyone here installed any of their products, I would love to know your experience with them and how the products are holding up since the time of the purchase.

Link to the headlights in question:

P.S: my car runs factory xenon headlights, is replacing them with those going to cause any problems at all? (they come in HID and Halogen)

wow those black ones look really cool. it says they are not compatible with xenon lights tho.

and under the purchase history it shows only one person has bought them so looks like you would be on your own.

Yeah I read that part, but when I asked their sales team they said they're talking about the D1s bulbs and all; as in those bulbs don't fit and you would have to go for an HID kit. I honestly don't mind, especially that you can replace the HID for a high quality LED kit. (which looks awesome in my opinion)

My only concern was if anyone bought any of their products in general (not those lights specifically) just to know more about the quality and all.

Sigh... lets hope someone here has purchased anything from them...

Be prepared that if you do purchase them they are coming from a RHD country and if you're in a LHD the beam cut off may not be correct. Thus blinding oncoming drivers.

I guess its true what they say; the difference between a professional and an amateur is in the details. Seriously, didn't even occur to me! I'll keep that in mind. Shouldn't be an issue since I spend most of my time driving on well lit highways !

LOL, I hope you still use your headlights at night. What I was describing is the low beam cut off. For LHD the low beam cuts off lower on the left than the right. The right side is higher to illuminate the side of the road and left side is cut off lower as to not blind opposing drivers. For RHD the opposite is true, the low beam cuts off lower on the right than the left. Left side is higher to illuminate the side of the road and the right is cut off lower, again to not blind oncoming drivers.

They Look amazing but, I would be afraid of losing my adaptive headlights and also having to use an aftermarket HID kit which never actually work very well.

I was skeptical as to how they would look but I actually like the design. Fortunately I feel my lights are bright enough and having the Adaptive function is nice.
