DESPERATE....X5 E70 35D

Alright....I'm getting pretty depressed with my love of my life. Yes my 2009 E70 35d Diesel. I had the EGR cleaned up and have my Glowplugs replaced by a local mechanic in town since I'm about 300 miles away from the closest BMW Dealership. He plugged a battery charger to my battery terminal in the truck instead of pluggin to the front of the car. After all the work was done I tried to start the car but it only cranked but no start. Waited a couple time and ended up starting... got home and wouldn't start again. I'm getting 4x4 working DSB and DCB Malfuntions. So somedays she'll start, sometimes she won't, then I got an error message saying that my fuel pump was malfunctioning. I applied 12V to the pump below the passenger seat on the left and it worked. then I taught it would be my fuel filter causing issues, so I changed it and nothing. I changed the EPK3 module and still the exact same issue. So I'm running out of ideas to check what else could be the issue... Could my car's engine computer been fried because applying the cable to the battery instead of the prongs in front of the car?

Please help

How is the health of your battery? I'm wondering why he needed to charge it. The 4x4 warning usually comes on after disconnecting the battery, may be a different issue. Are you able to read error memory? Just a thought.

For 4x4 error after battery disconnect, you got to start the car and turn the wheel all the way to the right and then all the way to the left.

The other issue of starting, if it stumbles and dies you should check bmw codes. You might have the leaky partitions issue: https://xoutpost.com/bmw-sav-forums/...gine-dies.html

Unhappy desperate

the battery is newer and registered.

I'm getting a u0100 error code with my reader and there is this sign on my dashboard that looks like this (!) in red.

What reader are you using? That doesn't seem to be a bmw code.

Did you check the link for leaky partitions and if the engine cover foam is wet?

The exclamation point on the dash points to there's something "urgent" in the check control messages. Navigate to it in the nav/entertainment unit.
