Oil leak question - 35D

I have an oil leak that is significant enough that it has soaked the splash panels, but doesn't yet make a mess of the garage floor. It seems to be leaking from a "junction box" just inboard from the driver's front wheel. I noticed it when changed fuel filter.
Can anyone tell me what component/fluid is leaking, and if it's a common issue. Going to the dealer for an unrelated CPO issue tomorrow and want to know if they can fix this under CPO. The fluid seems a little too clean for engine oil. My guess is PS fluid.
