2011 BMW X5 35D SAV with Sport Package Blog

Hello folks,

I purchased a new to me X5 in June with the features below and pic.

I am starting this thread to learn the vehicle and ask the various questions from the forum.

I purchased the X5 with 106kmi. I added a tune from TTFS. I changed the oil, cabin filter and added an AFE Intake filter. I also got Carly and coded all of the various creature comfort options.

I have since put on it 6kmi mostly highway.

It hesitated initially and recently I have a rough idle and a dead spot from 1k to 2k RPM. The vehicle has no faults and I am trying to figure out where to begin my troubleshooting. The tune I have turned off EGR, SPF and DPF and emission related systems so if some faults are related to emissions they maybe masked.

Any guidance from the group?
