X6 E71 to X5 E70 internal door panels compatibility

Hi guys, I found myself in need of replacing my internal door panels (all 4 front and rear). I found a nice set on eBay and about to pull the trigger but I have couple of doubts that I’m hoping some of you might be able to help me with (I did some research but couldn’t come up with definite answers)

The set that I found is from X6 E71 and the panels are intended for X5 E70

I’m pretty confident that fronts will work (fit) just fine as it seems the sizes are exactly the same (unless somebody can say other way)
My main concern about rear panels:
1. Are the rear doors panels sizes in X6 are the same as the rear door panels in X5?
2. I have rear sunshades in my car and the set that I found doesn’t have that option, I looked around and I can’t find out for sure if the rear sunshades are build in to the rear door panels or they just add ons that can be installed with the panels that originally didn’t have them?

I would really appreciate any help on above
