Arrow Kit for Emissions Delete - 35D

Hey everyone!

Need some guidance... my e70 has already cost me a lot of money fixing emissions issues, now it needs another ~ $1500. It's in the shop right now.

I was thinking to just get rid of the emissions system. What would be my best option?

Many thanks in advance!

What has gone wrong in the past, and what was fixed? What are you facing now??

"the emissions system" isnt one 'thing'.

There are MANY threads here on deleting emissions systems components, from DPF filters to SCR cat/DEF system. SEARCH.

IMO it will be critically important to find a QUALIFIED shop to do the work. As you peruse the multiple threads, look to see if there is someone from Vancouver who can recommend a shop.

EuroShop in Langley...just got it back... waste of time.

I'll take it to my usual place soon...Nixon

I'm thinking of getting the EGR,DPF,SCR delete from here: https://www.unobtainium.ca/

Then upgrading to stage 2 with Malone... currently running stage 1.

How much is Nixon charging? Is this the kit?

I guess you aren't concerned about resale? That's what is holding me back

That's a similar kit, I don't think they have the x5 variant posted online for some reason. I reached out to them via email and they said ~$1300 USD for the x5 version. I'll have to get a quote from Nixon on the labour. Just sourcing the parts first.

My warranty is expired, I've already replaced the NOx sensor, now another part (forget the exact name, some active tank) has to be replaced as well now. CE light is on. I know some other problem is bound to pop up with the diesel. Might as well get rid of all this emissions garbage now.

Good point on the resale value though.... never thought of that. On the flip-side, I don't want to keep wasting money on replacing parts. I’ll probably keep the x5 for a least a few more years, hopefully the NDP doesn’t do some hippie sh*t and bring back air-care

Thanks and I'll keep you updated with my progress

I deleted the DPF/CAT/EGR cooler 85,000 miles ago using the kit from this company with ZERO issues like many have experienced with other kits.

Here's my original post from 3 years ago when I did this.

I have 185,000 total miles on my 2011 and would recommend this kit to anyone considering it. It's been perfect.

Hi Lambeau,

Thanks for the reply. I read your thread, that looks great! Do you know if this system would work with my stage 1 Malone tune?

Does mission make the hardware or software?

Thanks!
