Worn Tires

I always try to get the most milage from my tires but going into the rainy season (which is several months away) I debate over waiting until I hit the wear bar on my tire or get a new set sooner than needed. Attached is a picture of my Bridgestone Dueler front 275 40R20 with about 25K miles on them. The middle and right of center treads are gone and I've still got 3/16" to go before I hit the wear bar. So I'll probably end up getting new tires in the fall and discard my existing set with another 10K miles of wear left on them. What would you do?
