Headlight washer
So, having some trouble with my right headlight washer, its not retracting back into the bumper fully, seems the spring has lost its oomph I actually have a replacement one i got for my last X5 that i never bothered fitting as that problem corrected itself, so now im wondering, how big a job is this? what do i need to remove etc? or does anyone know a fix for the one thats in there? Cheers in advance

If you are going to replace it, or have the parts on hand to replace, you might could try a silicone based spray lubricant on the seal/spring and see if that corrects the problem.

So, having done some googling, I really am getting mixed reports, some say it can be done by just removing wheel well trim, some say remove number
It appears as mine is an M Sport, I have some sort of extra rad in infront of front wheel behind the trim??!!
