Curious myself as I don't generally get more than 22.1 combined, right on the cusp of lower mpg and my running temps were right on the lower end of normal expected as well - it has been months since they checked, sorry don't recall my actual temps).

@13brian
My usual running temp is 172-174 at all speeds. During regen it jumps up to 185 but goes right back down after it reaches .8psi on the dpf and stops the regen. It's always run at this temperature even when brand new. I've seen on the forums that idle temp is supposed to be 182 but mine has never idled there even when 100+ ambient temps. I do also have the climate package with the additional side mounted radiator so maybe that's why it stays cooler than others. Then again, the 182f temp might just be the gassers posting in the wrong forum.

I did get some quality #2 fuel at chevron last fill up and dumped all 32oz of the dieselkleen in the tank but the only difference was I lost the idle chatter and getting off the line is much smoother; still under 22mpg on my 52 mile commute each way and regen one of my commutes either to or from work. I'm really hoping it's just my tire configuration and roof rack killing the mpg, but I doubt it could be that significant of air drag to drop me 5 whole miles per gallon.
