I got into a tiff with Matwiz over on Bimmerfest. He gave me a 4 pt infraction then a ban

If you are so inclined to comment to a mod, report his post, etc- great. If you think I was out of line, thats fine too. His comments about that woman just seemed a line that cannot be tolerated.

Seriously, no you weren't even close. Regardless of your personal political views and I'm pretty sure we wouldn't mesh there 100%, what he posted was, in a word, disgusting! You're calling him out, correct (crap, we agree on something ) but, his response from there, childish. Even a 12-year-old would have more maturity!

Hopefully, someone there that's a little more adult will drop the ban and call that "moderator" on the carpet for that action and post! That wasn't funny in any sense of the term. While I don't believe her claim to begin with (which doesn't matter) that type of post is uncalled for and unacceptable.

It's funny, I have some good friend there where we defintily disagree on politics. As you would in a family or at work, you kinda just don't let it get in the way.

Anyway, we will see what happens. MatWiz has been a source of moderating abuse for a long time.

Often short and abrasive, but usually correct and often longwindedly, I find you as an asset to that crowd. I can't imagine that his posts wont go overlooked as a moderator, though that probably doesnt help you any. Not the worst thing overall (forum time wasting), as no one there is helping you except fueling your hobby of helping them. Whatever your background is, I find you a wealth of knowledge and experience.

Let that Nazi like mod, and the Board, eat cake...

He/it may let you back on eventually, and if not, it's that board's loss. That Mod's post was like a Reddit post and I am surprised other Mod's/Board Admins didn't delete his or give him a corner sit for awhile.

You don't suffer fools, but you know your stuff and your posts & opins are spot on, imo.

I used to care, slightly, that I was banned from the RoadToadBoard a decade and a half ago, but got over it. Lol!
