Blower Motor Options

Getting some chattering/squeaking from the HVAC blower motor so would like to replace it before it gets too cold. Does anyone have any experience with any of the below options?

URO - ~$100 (gut says no, because I haven't had good luck with URO previously)

Mahle-Behr - ~$85 (I trust Mahle's filters....)

VDO - $130 (claims it's OEM...)

Genuine BMW - $240-$300 (Already been replaced once on the car, only lasts ~75k)

The VDO is oem, I replaced the one in my wifes x5 a few months back, and the original one had VDO stamped on it and I replaced it with a VDO that I bought
