2007 E70 adaptive drive suspension noise

I replaced the front/left lower thrust arms with Meyle HD brand and it's fixed! That was an epic battle, full circle to replacing the first part replaced, 5 months of work including an incorrect diagnosis from Peter Pan BMW that wasted a good month...

The old thrust arms aren't terrible when I look at them, definitely not obvious to the untrained eye they would be the root cause.

thanks for the help, i plan to spend the rest of this sunday circling my test track over and over again until I pass out.
