Ditto above. In normal 'perfect' alignment, water gets past the sunroof, and harmlessly drains on out. You can look for SIGNS of water damage- stains, resident, water marks. Look carefully.

I'm not completely sure, but it sounds like you're having a similar issue to mine. Was suggested to look at the diversity antenna in the hatch. Here's the link to my post:
