power steering issue

Hello. I'm new here. I have my first BMW ( X5 E70 ). Steering wheel is very heavy at low speed. It is not that case than power steering is not working at all. I have, as i understand, simple Power steering system, not Active steering. As i see, there is wires to Power steering pump. There is inside servotronic valve ? Any minds ?

If it's a diesel, the steering is quite heavy. You might not expect how heavy.
