E70 4.8i alternator replacement
Hi! Anyone get vanos and timing issues after alternator replacement? P0014 p0024 p0017 p0019 p0021 p0306
Tried rotating vanos solenoids, worse idle now. Dealer changed battery nothing. Hoping its a bad sensor. Codes using indy scan: 2a83 vanos intake 2a83 inlet vanos 2 2a90 exhaust camshaft tooth offset 2a91 exhaust camshaft 2 tooth offset 2a8e inlet camshaft tooth offset 2a8f inlet camshaft 2

Also did ram backup in tool32. Fixed for 10 seconds then rough idle again.

The dealer changed the battery and you went home with a bad idle? Did the dealer see the issue after the battery was replaced? No input from them? Any idea what codes returned after they were first erased or are the codes you listed what appeared after the battery replacement?
