Also, having done this recently, I can say be verrrrrrry careful with the glass as you can easily destroy the auto-dimming film (if you have it) inside the glass, even if you don't crack the glass. Some slight flexing will do it and then you have to replace that too.
One other note, I would test out the operation of the motor BEFORE you re-attach the glass. That way, if you have any issues or need to troubleshoot, you don't risk making it a more expensive repair.
