I've been wanting to do the entire delete anyways as I few reliable people I've talked to are into it for a few years and very happy. This I guess just forces my hand. There's a lot of bits in there though...... hoe-lee crap what a system. I can see why the hours involved in the gut. |

Were specifically looking for things that may have been tampered with or broken. The delete is of my own choosing. My indy guy is actually not a fan of doing such things suchh as emmissions delete. He likes all mint, original and stock no modification cars that are well maintained.

got it.
So what is wrong with it? I still think you missed an opportunity to leave it there and have them- at the very least- diagnose it on their dime. |

When I brought the vehicle back the first time, they "apparently" did check it and they said that the check engine light had nothing to do with the recall they performed. Having my mech go over it was to review that claim and see if such was the case or if they messed up something. As of right now, there is no opportunity as you claim to "get them" on this. I have nothing concrete to back it up. All that will happen is that the Stealership will continue to charge me for their time assuming I want them to have a look at this again. This is because they, in their statement, have already looked into it the first time and found nothing.
