Whistle under light acceleration

Hello. Ive got an e70 30d nonlci and i got whistle under light acceleration. If i lift the foot, the sound is gone, if a press it lightly again, the sound reappears. When i floor it or push it harder, the sound is not present or maybe covered by the engine sound. I had the turbo repaired last year in february. The car runs verry well, it pulls good, it has a stage 1 and dpf off. When i did the dpf off and the car was lifted, i saw there was an oil leak on the turbo...
Im thinking about oil breather/ccv to be the culprit...what do you think ? Could it be a hose ? Where should i look ?
