Strange Blower Motor Hum

Hello, before everyone jumps and says its "got" to be the blower motor, here is what I hear on my 2007 4.8
if i'm just sitting in my truck and the fan is on the lowest speed and I hear a hum which goes on and off and its very faint but can be annoying. So I say to my self ah crap the bushing or bearing in the blower motor is done, but if I increase the fan speed the frequency should change and possibly get louder.
Nope!! i can go almost 1/4 to almost 1/2 of the way and still hear the noise at the same frequency and its not any louder.
Turn off the fan, which obviously shuts down the climate system and it goes away.
I'm guessing there maybe a flap motor or something acting up. i have tried every button, flap position, etc. and still nothing.
Has anyone had this happen to them ?
Thanks.

Damn. Lol. I don’t want to go through the whole ordeal of swapping out the blower motor and it turns out to be something else. Mine is working steady and I can track down the noise .

Throwing it out there, the blower motor is SUPER easy to replace. mine was like $60, and 20 minutes of my time, including changin the filter next to it too. That's the re circulation filter, the one that you should change if your car smells at all after sitting a while.

My abd- it was $103. on ECS, the VDO unit. https://www.ecstuning.com/b-vdo-part...119245849~vdo/

FCP only has bmw oem and to make it worth it I'd need to replac it twice more. Consdiering the first one lasted 200k miles, I think one or two more will get me to the 500k miles I plan on seeing on this odometer.
