Coolant leaking

I have been experiencing very slow coolant loss, and yesterday I found one of the radiator hoses leaking coolant. It slowly drips on the belly pan, should I go ahead and replace that hose or can this be something more sinister?

There’s an oring on the inside of that plastic end- maybe you can find one that fits? I would change the hose personally if you can get one for a reasonable rate

I think it’s almost impossible to find an o-ring that will fit. I have tried. They deteriorate over time and disappear. Better of buying a new hose and replacing as B4 states.

The o-rings are metric, but not a standard size; virtually impossible to find. You can find ones that 'almost' fit and try your luck, but replacing the entire hose assy is the better option.
