35d glow plug and control module

Hi, my 35d has code 4949 Glow system configuration and code 4A5E Glow plug cylinder 2 activation.

So I decided to follow someone's idea, to swap the glow plugs. After taking out manifold and swapped glow plug 2 and 3.
It's now showing code 4A4E, Glow plug cylinder 3. So its indeed the Glow plug issue. But code 4949 Glow system configuration stays there..

I replaced the control module already, as bought from ebay. I searched what people says it could be a defective one, but its not 100%. I really don't wanna spend over $400 from dealer to try it out... Can someone give some help on this or know definitive guide to troubleshoot code 4949? Or can we ignore code 4949?

Thanks
